Hi Cho, the taste and texture will be different, but it might be okay if you bump up the amount of almond butter to compensate for less liquid! We would recommend sweetening to taste – different brands of stevia vary in sweetness so it’s hard to give a precise amount, but if it’s a powder that’s not a 1-1 substitute, you will likely only need a tiny pinch. Hi Jessica! This recipe relies heavily on the cocoa powder for texture and taste, you might be able to use carob powder for a chocolate free version. You could definitely trade out the walnuts for almonds though! Let us know if you do any experimenting.
