Hi Francene, unfortunately it’s no longer available for purchase. We recommend making it from scratch using the recipe in this post if you’re up for it! Otherwise, you could try Bob’s Red Mill 1-1 GF Baking Flour (blue bag), or a similar store-bought blend. You may need to adjust the amount of flour slightly (we recommend using slightly more in most recipes) when using it to replace our 1-1 blend.

Hi Ana, perhaps a mix of oat, sorghum, and buckwheat flours? The blend will not behave quite the same in all recipes as brown rice flour does a good job of providing structure with a mild flavor. Oat will be a little more dense, sorghum a little more crumbly, and buckwheat has a stronger flavor. Perhaps in combination though, they could work in some recipes!
