Hi Elizabeth, we don’t think flax eggs would work for a yorkshire pudding, unfortunately. They likely won’t rise!

Will this recipe enable the puddings to rise?

Many thanks
Elizabeth

I have a sandwich bread recipe that uses 3 egg whites. Would I use enough flax egg for 2 eggs? Or for all 3?
